Boating Safety Law
March 4, 2020 -- The Alabama House of the Legislature has filed HB 284 (Boating Safety) as the initial action and it has been submitted to the Judicial Committee for review and action. Representative Ed Oliver says he has received very good response for support of the bill via email and appreciates all support. Now that we can read the bill, we should continue to support HB 284 by contacting Rep. Oliver, via email, ed.oliver@alhouse.gov or your representative if you do not live on Lake Martin.
